Tartan is one of my favorite autumn/winter motifs this year. I made the skirt from a piece of fabric I found hidden in my collection of fabrics, it’s cool to be able to wear something you made and have something that really fits you well! The boots cool the outfit down a bit, less work more play. I wore this little outfit last night for dinner and dancing, although, I was kind of wormy – pencil skirts aren’t easy to dance in!!
