Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics (OCC) Cosmetic Colour Pencil SYBIL
I have long admired the look of the brown lip, I've even custom made one before with some mineral eye shadow. I have had my eye on the OCC Sybil pencil for a while but nearly every time I went to place an order it was out of stock. Finally I have my hands on it and it is even more glorious than I thought it would be.
I believe at some point this shade was available in Lip Tar form but currently it is only being sold as a pencil. To wear I outlined and filled in my lips completely and if you like a more matte look then you can leave it at that but I don't tend to go for matte too often so I took the OCC Clear Lip Primer and used a lip brush to blend it over the pencil to give it a more satin like finish.
