It turns out that O'Reilly was not in a war zone in south America, that he did not see combat in the Falklands, that he did not see nuns shot dead, that he was not present when his friend committed suicide, that he really was guilty of sexual harassment...
But why would anyone be surprised at any of O'Reilly's lies. It has been obvious for years that veracity is not one of his strong points, that he makes things up on the fly, that he is a bully which is how he gets by doing all of this...
He also works for FAUX News, which is not a news organization but the Republican Party's Office of Propaganda.
Personally, I don't care whether he gets fired or not. FAUX News has a whole stable of other horse's asses ready to take his place.
But it is rather fun to see him so degraded that he has to threaten other real reporters and news people; to see him get red in the face; to see him reduced to blubbering and blathering, to see him sink lower in the slime.
