We already know that the members of Congress are some of the richest people in this country, and as a whole, this is the richest Congress this nation has ever had -- making it understandable why they have so little understanding or care for those Americans struggling to keep their heads above water financially.
We also know that the president is a billionaire, and his cabinet is made up mostly of millionaires and billionaires.
Now the Center for Public Integrity gives us the estimated minimum wealth of the justices of the United States Supreme Court -- and it turns out to also be a millionaire's club.
It is now a fact that the majority of all three branches of our government is made up of millionaires. The country is being ruled by the wealthy (and sadly, for the wealthy).
