Sugar High

It's been a sugar-filled day.  Breakfast is always fairly sugary for me since my oatmeal and yogurt toppings tend to be of the sweet variety.  Today I followed up breakfast by attending an awards brunch where I had waffles followed by an amazing almond sponge cake (sorry, no pics!).  
I partially redeemed myself at dinner with some spaghetti with bright red sauce from Super Natural Cooking accompanied by another cucumber & tomato salad (minus the spinach this time, and plus some feta) and bok choy from the farmer's market sauteed in sesame oil and topped with tamari and cashews (my first try cooking bok choy and super delicious!).

Then I just couldn't resist a small bowl of 'gotta have java' frozen yogurt by stonyfield (my fav!) for dessert. THEN I decided to try out a new granola bar recipe and of course it required a taste test...

Those are pumpkin chocolate chip granola bars by two peas and their pod.  Very yummy but a lot of sugar, probably more of a treat than a granola bar you could feel very virtuous about eating.  Now I have 3/4 of a can of pumpkin to use up - any suggestions?
Feeling a bit sugar saturated right now but it was all delicious and hey, it's Saturday right? :)
