STYLE: Look #39 – Tea Party

By Jsleigh14 @jsleigh14

Over the long weekend I had the pleasure of attending a media tasting at the Teahouse in Stanley Park. In dressing for this occasion, I decided to change things up by mixing old school pieces and modern pieces together. My camel blazer and aviators being old school, and my gingham shirt and knit tie being modern. I was surprised with how well this combination worked, and I think that this is a great daytime look for elevated dining.

As much as I miss Central Park in New York, being in Stanley Park made me realize that home isn’t that bad. The grass is always greener on the other side though, and perhaps one day when I do make it into a bigger city I’ll be missing Vancouver.
