I’m a fan of gingham patterns because they’re preppy and a little fun at the same time. Usually gingham is seen on shirts, but my most prized gingham item is actually this blazer that I bought in Spain last year. Not only does it have an eye-catching white and navy gingham pattern, but it’s also made in a seersucker fabric that’s perfect for the summer.

Since it’s been super hot outside in New York, I paired my blazer with khaki shorts and espadrilles. I also rolled up my sleeves a bit to keep my arms breezier, which has made me appreciate my blazer’s navy lining.
