Strawberry Watermelon Slush

Nothing says July 4th more than a slice of cool, crisp, and refreshing watermelon. I literally cannot get enough of it. Like literally juices running down my face| hand in the cookie jar type of love. I’m sharing this A+mazing slushie recipe from a very special “cookbook” project that I’ve been curating for quite awhile. It was inspired by Sonic’s .99 cent slushie line up. This combination of strawberries, watermelon, and mint (yes mint) is not one to pass up.

Watermelon Strawberry Slush

  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 cups whole strawberries, frozen
  • 2 drops pure stevia extra, or 1 tablespoon organic unrefined canesugar
  • Add watermelon and remaining ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

  • Transfer to a serving glass, serve immediately.
