Strange Album Art Choices, From The Yeah Yeah Yeahs To GNR

New York art-rock superstars the Yeah Yeah Yeahs recently both delighted and confused fans with news of their first album in four years, Mosquito. The delight came from the announcement of impending new music, but the confusion stemmed from the revelation of the record's accompanying artwork.
The art seems strangely out of sync with the visual aesthetic the band has been previously known for. Here are some other strange album-art decisions in recent music history.
