Dave & Annette purchased the 7 bedroom Mariners Guest House last year, which was built in the Victorian era 1882.
It is located in the favoured Belgravia area of Torquay, in the heart of the English Riviera, and after a busy first season, following some new refurbishment, are getting ready to do it all again.
