One of the many complaints Windows 8 users  did is about the lack of a Start Button in the new start screen. Some users found other ways to get a start button to Windows 8 by going into advanced tweaking and third party tools. That painful hassle will be over soon. Looks like Microsoft has finally decided to listen to its’ users and add the Start Button to Windows 8 via the upcoming Windows 8.1 update.

Microsoft has officially stated that they are bringing the old Start Button back to the new OS, along with the ability to “boot right to the desktop”, for those users who didn’t like the new metro user interface. So, in other words, they are transforming Windows 8 back into Windows 7.

New update has a few improvements to Windows 8, like the ability to add a wallpaper to the background of the start screen, SkyDrive integration and many other personalization options. Although, it doesn’t seem like much.

Windows 8.1 preview version will be available on June 26.
