Break Out Role: The Help (2011)

2010 Onwards: Jessica started this decade with critical acclaimed films ‘The Debt’, ‘Take Shelter; ‘Coriolanus’ and ‘The Tree of Life’. It was in 2011 when Jessica got the role in ‘The help’ which got her an Oscar nomination.

What followed was ‘Texas Killing Fields’ and voice over work in ‘Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted’. Jessica continued to appear in films that got higher box office recognition like ‘Lawless’ and ‘Mama’. It was her role in ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ that gained her another Oscar nomination.

Jessica got a chance to work with Al Pacino who directed the Oscar Wilde written story ‘Salome’. Jessica continued looking at unique roles and ‘The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby’ in a trilogy titled ‘Him’ ‘Her’ and ‘Them’ which looks at different prospective of the disappearance. In 2014 Jessica has three very different films we had the period drama ‘Miss Julie’ the sci-fi smash ‘Interstellar’ and drama ‘A Most Violent Year’.
