I have made a vow for spring fashion. I will try to embrace the season’s trend for white and wear less black. I think I have become way too set in my ways and black has been like a security blanket. Cannot go wrong, will not stand out. Except in that fabulous huge black sun hat below. In Elle Czech spring fashion is modern, edgy yet at the same time soft and feminine. It’s all in the flowing skirts delicate fabrics and colours. Jewellery is plentiful but dainty, with a little bit of rock’n’roll mixed in.
What about spring fashion in general? What should we be rocking on the high street in addition to my huge fashion leap and investing in white this season? For all us black clothing addicts the good news is any sort of black and white combinations are also super fashionable. Polo shirts are back just in time for summer. Love those! I used to wear polo shirts most of the early 80s! I’m not great on high heels, so good news is flats and sandals are in. If patterns are your thing, gingham has made a comeback!
