Spotify Adds Lyrics to Its Desktop App and it's pretty useful!
Like any other apps that provide excellent services to its end-users, Spotify [my favorite music streaming service] which regularly adds new features and improvements to its range of mobile and desktop apps is making some useful changes to its desktop app today.  A new "LYRICS"  button is added to its main interface which will bring up on-screen lyrics of the song being played.

This feature added to Spotify is made possible by Musixmatch, a searchable lyrics catalog which was first available on mobile apps and is now integrated to Spotify desktop app for an ultimate  music experience.  In addition to reading lyrics while listening to a particular song, users will also be able to search and browse popular lyrics from top songs using the EXPLORE feature.

Another update to Spotify desktop app is a new Friend Feed for discovering what playlists, songs and artists your friends are listening to.
As Pinoys who love singing in Karaoke [often locally called Videoke], Spotify can be a good substitute if you could just mirror your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC's screen to an external screen such as to a projector or to your flat screen TV!
