E! Online’s Watch with Kristin Daily Spoiler Chat and TV Line’s Ask Ausiello both had something to say about Joe Manganiello’s return stint to How I Met Your Mother on CBS this fall! In 2009 prior to assuming the role of True Blood’s Alcide Herveaux, Joe made his first appearance on the CBS comedy as Brad. The character will return according to reports posted yesterday. Here’s what E! Online had to say about it:
“Oh, we missed that brunch-lovin’ bro, too! Someone who probably didn’t miss Brad? Marshall, who will be going up against his former BFF/current nemesis in court, which could prove to be a real challenge considering the judge and jury are pretty into Brad’s physique. Can’t say we blame them!”
TV Line’s Ask Ausiello is a little more specific revealing that Manganiello will appear in episode 8:
“You had me at “pretty.” Speaking of which, remember how I told you True Blood’s Joe Manganiello had booked a return engagement as Brad? Now I can also tell you what he’ll be up to. In Episode 8 (titled “Twelve Horny Women”), the hunky attorney will be arguing a pollution case against his former law school classmate Marshall — and turning on everyone in the courtroom in the process.”
