Spoiler Free Review: Twisted Palace by Erin WattThese Royals will ruin you...
From mortal enemies to unexpected allies, two teenagers try to protect everything that matters most.

Ella Harper has met every challenge that life has thrown her way. She's tough, resilient, and willing to do whatever it takes to defend the people she loves, but the challenge of a long-lost father and a boyfriend whose life is on the line might be too much for even Ella to overcome.

Reed Royal has a quick temper and even faster fists. But his tendency to meet every obstacle with violence has finally caught up with him. If he wants to save himself and the girl he loves, he'll need to rise above his tortured past and tarnished reputation.

No one believes Ella can survive the Royals. Everyone is sure Reed will destroy them all.
They may be right.

With everything and everyone conspiring to keep them apart, Ella and Reed must find a way to beat the law, save their families, and unravel all the secrets in their Twisted Palace.

Spoiler Free Review: Twisted Palace by Erin Watt

I understand there was a high a high anticipation for Twisted Palace, and I'm not sure if it was 100% fulfilled. It isn't the strongest in the series, but has a nice ending for Ella and Reed's story.

My biggest problem with Twisted Palace was the lack of presence and interaction between the brothers, I especially missed the twins. It felt empty at times, with several scenes between Reed and Ella thinking on how to solve their problems but doing little about it. I wanted more action. For the most part of the book I was waiting for twists and events, and there wasn't much going on until the last minute. The pace is much slower than Paper Princess and Broken Prince.

I believe the next books with the Royals as heroes should move from YA to NA, since I don't see any of them following Reed's abstinence. Sex is such a big part of their lives! Can't wait for Easton's book and I'm praying for the twins to have one too (hopefully soon)!

P.S: I must also use this review to ask for at least a novella with Wade's HEA. His shower scene from a previous book was one of the hottest scenes I ever read! Please, please, please, Erin Watt!
