An 18-year-old Florence man was arrested Monday morning after he fired a shotgun in his apartment, injuring a neighbor on the other side of the wall.
I'm sure his race had nothing to do with the arres, not in South Carolina.Fabian Frost, 18, of 304 Royal St., is charged with discharging a firearm into a dwelling and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature in connection with an incident that happened about 7:30 a.m. Monday, Florence Police Maj. Carlos Raines said.It appears Frost accidentally fired the shotgun, but the bullet went through the wall of the apartment and pellets from the ammunition struck a neighbor who was lying on a couch on the other side of the wall, Raines said.
