Somebody's Watching Me!

I was incredibly inspired by A Diamond in the Stuff's Googly Eye {Halloween} Frame!  Here is my spin on the frame using items I already had at the house.
Ingredient list:

• Picture Frame (purchased from the dollar store - had this left over from the Framed Paint Chip Art project I finished a while back)
•  Googly Eyes 
• Rub on Halloween Decal
• Paint
• Glue 
• Halloween Family Portrait to place in the frame!
