If you are planning of becoming a full-time blogger, it is always good to make sure that you have some free time to exercise in order to earn a healthy way of living. This is because most bloggers spend most of their time on their computer to an extent of not noticing the damages being caused to their body. No matter how fat your adsense cheques maybe, you wouldn’t hope to get fat and fatigue right? One mistake most of the computer engineers and bloggers tend to ignore the fact that working without rest can earn you  back pain, headache, weight gain and also weak eye sight in near future.

Ø Every blogger should ensure that he or she takes good care of the eyes this is because it is not healthy to work when the computer monitor is close.

Ø Breakfast before working is considered a basic necessity too.

Ø Adjust the contrast of your monitor and brightness to avoid straining your eyes. As a part time or full time blogger, it is always good to make sure that, the amount of light produced by your monitor is good for the eyes.

Ø There are bloggers who cannot work without listening to some music and therefore, the biggest mistake that they make is using headphones through out when working. One hour is enough and thereafter taking a break with them is far much better or listening to music without having to use them.

Ø Taking some time out with some friends is preferred for one is able to help the mind relax from hours spent blogging.

Ø Stress is one major thing that many bloggers encounter which is not good at all for their health. Avoiding stress will help the body and mind a lot, walking or jogging can really help you bust the stress.

Ø Finally, all part time and full time bloggers should get enough sleep for at least 7-8 hours so that the mind and body can to relax and in the next morning be able to start afresh the next day.
