Soap & Glory Archery

By Livedwithlove @kerrymarie
A few years ago, I never used to touch my brows yet now they are one of the main parts of my make-up routine. Having a good, strong brow really defines you're whole face and boy do I love a strong brow. I was just filling them in with an eyeshadow however I did find I couldn't get that really sharp line that I was after, particularly at the front of my brows. I also found that they would wipe off really easily and I'd have half a brow missing some days! That isn't a great look…

I recently got the Soap & Glory Archery brow tint & precision pencil in 'Brownie points'. Despite my initial reservations about the colour (I thought it wouldn't be dark enough), it's perfect and I have been absolutely loving it! The pencil is double ended, one end is the crayon end and the other is the felt tip end.

The crayon end isn't too waxy, it is just soft enough for giving a nice shape but not too soft it just rubs off. I use this first to bulk out my eyebrow first and add the softness and then define a bit more with the felt tip end. I tend to define the front of my brows as I like them quite square and also underneath to make sure they have a clean line.

From the swatches I thought it was going to be too light for me yet it actually looks much darker when applied and obviously, it is 'doubled up' as I used the crayon first and then the felt tip over the top.

I really love the effect it gives, I can add a good shape and fill our my sparse brows a bit more but it still doesn't look too unnatural and heavy handed. It lasts all day and I've actually been enjoying doing my brows every morning! I think this will definitely be my go-to brow product for a while!
