SM Aura x tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld
Tokidoki founder and designer Simone Legno flew in to Manila last April to open the Tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld exhibit at SM Aura.
tokidoki, which translates to "sometimes" in Japanese, is an internationally recognized and iconic lifestyle brand that has amassed a cult-like following for its larger-than-life characters and emerged as a sought-after global lifestyle brand.Known for its eye-popping aesthetic and Japanese-inspired "kawaii" characters such as Cactus Friends, Moofia, and Punkstar, tokidoki has almost everything from apparel, bags, earphones, shoes to toys. And becuase of its world-wide popularity, a lot of names / brands such as Barbie, Onitsuka Tiger, LeSportsac, Onitsuka Tiger, Fujitsu, Levi's, Smashbox cosmetics, Xbox, T-mobile, Skullcandy, my ever favorite Hello Kitty, and now... Karl Lagerfeld has partnered with them!
Thanks to SM Aura x tokidoki for bringing the famous kawaii characters closer to their Filipino fans. It's just to bad I missed meeting Simone Legno during the fan meet event so picture-picture nalang!
