What are you looking at during your tennis match? Your opponent? Sounds like it might be a good idea, right? You need to know where your opponent is on court to hit the ball away from them. And you need to know how your opponent is hitting the ball to know what kind of shot is coming back at you. But don't watch your opponent. Watch the ball.
