The only time I have tasted tortellini is in a soup. A friend of mine suggested I cook tortellini in a sauce and the first thing I thought of was Bertolli. I love the simple fresh taste of Bertolli and thought about the Tuscan way of cooking. I decided to cook a lighter, brighter meal with Bertolli Sauce. Thank you to Bertolli for sponsoring today’s post and inspiring me to celebrate. Viva Bertolli!  I am always looking for uncomplicated and simple recipes to feed my family and I think this fits the bill.

This meal is cooked lightly and can be completed in 30 minutes or less. You got to love the bright color and texture, but still taste the individual ingredientss such as the spicy Cajun Andouille sausage. This recipe is uncomplicated and Bertolli‘s high quality sauce will make everything taste good.  If you want a authentic and flavorful meal use Bertolli Sauces
