Seven Layer Dip

To fully enjoy a meal whether it is your so-called healthy lunch ideas meal or another other type of meals in my opinion can be best had with this Seven Layer Dip. Now as exotic as it sounds it really does tastes great. Plus the best part is the lovely texture it produces, this part can be somewhat argued upon by many but overall in the opinion of my family members, friends, relatives and associates who ever has tried this seven layer dip had positively commented on it. Now it can be said that they know me that is why I had a positive feedback but now I suggest that you guys give it a try and let me know what you think about this lovely seven layer dip so I can update my comments on this lovely dip recipe. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cn refried beans (for bottom)
  • 2 ea tomatoes, diced*
  • 1 bunch sliced green onions
  • 1 sm. can chopped black olives
  • 1 c guacamole
  • 1 pk taco seasoning
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 c shredded cheddar (top)
  • * squeeze seeds and juice from tomato
Directions:
  1. On a round plate, spread beans.
  2. Layer guacamole over beans.
  3. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix, then spread over guacamole.
  4. Layer half of onions, all tomatoes, and all the cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining half of onions on top.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yield: 6 servings Enjoy!
