Seka

Posted on the 10 February 2011 by Pelski
SekaI'm very excited to introduce you to the sounds of a new, unsigned producer: Seka. In fact, he'll be bringing his fun, bouncy brand of tech-house to Gottwood this year on the Pelski stage.
First up, a clucking marimba melody, dense bass pads and some techy beats provide an insatiable groove on 'Humbug'. One for the dancefloor:
Seka - Humbug [pelski highly recommends]SekaCapercaillie is similarly squared at the floor, but drawing on deep, sub-aquatic sonics. It's a bouncy, blippy slice of tech-house:

Saucer sees Seka strip things back, a foray into the slowed-down territory of deep house. But his idiosycratic techno blips and beeps remain, a medley of high-end electronics that shimmer and flicker amidst the gulping bass beats:

Be sure to follow Seka on Soundcloud.
