Secret Recipe Club Peanut Butter Banana Frozen Yogurt

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

Admitting a major recipe mix up that turned out to be a really good thing for The Secret Recipe Club this month. These were supposed to be popsicles but I could not find the sticks for the life of me. I emptied the whole cabinet, searched drawers and was so frustrated. So I grabbed my little Zoku ice cream maker and made frozen yogurt. And the funny thing was that the next day I found the popsicle mold sticks. They were stuck in a space between under the kitchen sink and the cabinet next to it.

That little mix up turned out to be a great thing, I just grabbed my ice cream maker and froze the mixture. And all the animals got a little treat on a high 80’s and humid day. Thanks to the lovely Marie of Not Enough Cinnamon for this recipe. She is a Parisian who lives in Australia and recently went paleo. And while I don’t always eat paleo I appreciate mixing in more protein and lower carb days. I bookmarked quite a few of her recipes to try but I knew these popsicles would be delicious for us and all the animals! The dogs were going crazy for this. They ate it out on the driveway so my kitchen would not be a disaster area.
