Mainly targeting mobile users, the Samsung Wireless media device packs 1.5 terabyte of storage capacity, enough to store 750 movies, 375,000 MP3s, 425,000 photos. Using Samsung Wireless technology, this HDD allows up to 5 devices to connect at once to exchange data, without even an internet connectivity.
“Smartphones and tablets are more and more becoming the preferred method for consumers to watch video content but these devices have limited storage capacity. Samsung HDD is meeting this burgeoning demand by providing a device with the storage capacity consumers need to supplement their mobile device,” said Doug DeHaan, General Manager, Samsung HDD division.
