According to some rumors, Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with a 5.25- inch display with a 2K resolution.
Rumors suggest that Samsung has started mass production of a 2K screen for their next Galaxy flagship model. The device will allegedly come with a 64-bit processor, Exynos or the latest Snapdragon 805 with 4 GB of RAM. Other features include a 16-mega-pixel ISOCELL camera for photos and videos, Iris scanner as an additional security feature Android 4.4 KitKat.

Along with LG, Samsung is one of the few mobile companies that are developing flexible screen displays, and therefore, in terms of the design, the company’s 2014 flagship smartphone might come with a curved screen, just like Samsung Galaxy Round.
