Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 is Official

On Monday, Samsung launched four new smartphones, among which is the Galaxy Ace 4, which you’ll be able to get at the price of around $300 (219 euros).

The Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 will be available in two versions, LTE and 3G-only. The Ace 4 LTE measures 121.4 x 62.9 x 11 mm and weighs 130.3 grams, while the Ace 4 3G measures 121.4 x 62.9 x 10.8 mm dimensions and weighs 123.8 grams. The LTE version comes with 1GB of RAM, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and an 1,800mAh battery, while the 3G model has 512MB of RAM, a 1GHz dual-core processor and a 1,500mAh battery.

Both models share the same 4in WVGA TFT display, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing shooter. The Galaxy Ace 4 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Samsung’s TouchWiz Essence (a simplified version of the TouchWiz interface) on top of it.

In addition to the Ace 4, Samsung announced the Galaxy Core 2, the Galaxy Young 2 and the Galaxy Star 2. These three models will become available in Q3 2014. The Core 2 will cost  around $240 (179 euros), the Young 2 only around $135 (99 euros), while the pricing for the Star 2 is yet to be unveiled.
