I sort of like this interesting woman. She’s awful smart for a young woman. What happened to the glasses, honey?
I actually listened to some of this. Like a lot of these weird New Right and New Reaction types, she isn’t very rightwing. If she’s a rightwinger, this new generation sure has a funny idea of what rightwing is.
She isn’t exactly leftwing either. I don’t know what the Hell she is. She calls herself a “radical moderate.” I guess sort of like “liberal race realist,” another strangely contradictory term, that is shorthand for “sane person that doesn’t buy into the lunatic dogma of either the Right or the Left. These terms are contradictory maybe because politics is so dogmatic, insipid and partisan nowadays that the only way to be sane is to be contradictory, contrary, ornery, and cross-eyed enough to figure out what lemmings can’t seem to get.
Sort of reminds me of Rachel Haywire. This young woman, with a bizarre foot tall spiky, streamed, freak punk rock hairdo, claims to be part of the New Right or the New Reaction. She’s also bisexual, rooms with prostitutes and drug addicts and maybe even goes to orgies. Plus she’s probably tried every drug there is. Apparently she served some time in whatever the Hell this New Right is, figured out that, duh, she’s not a reactionary after all because conservatism sucks, and is now somewhere in the 9th circle, doing the limbo for eternity, another politically homeless floater.
She’s also awful smart for a young woman.
But I can’t help thinking that these young chickies are awfully naive. But then, most women in their 20’s are pretty naive. If you don’t believe me, get to my age, date a few of them, and get back to me.
