Road Side Grilled Salmon Recipe

This is the easiest recipe of all time. Kenin and I stopped in Arizona and made this delicious dish with 5 basic ingredients while on a road trip. We make it a point to travel as light as possible so all our seasonings normally come from condiments we can pick up at restaurants and gas stations. It was fantastic!

 

1 lb salmon filet cut into 4 equal pieces

Road Side Grilled Salmon Recipe

4 packets of mustard (we used grey poupon)
2 packets hot sauce
Salt
Pepper

 

Road Side Grilled Salmon Recipe
Directions: 1. Smother salmon filets with all of the seasonings
2. Grill salmon skin side down for 5-7 minutes
3. Flip and grill for 2-3 more minutes
4. Plate salmon and devour
:)

This recipe could have used some non-stick spray but we were not very prepared. Next time we will fix that.
