Monday-Tuesday, in A Nous Paris, Philippe Toinard, reviewed and gave 3/5 dots to the previously mentioned Neige d’ete in the 15th; and Jerome Berger reviewed and gave 4/5 to the 52 Faubourg Saint-Denis in the 10th.
Tuesday in Le Fooding, there was a review of the Verre Vole sur Mer, 53 rue de Lancry in the 10th, 01.48.03.21.38, closed Tuesdays, running one 16-35 E for items such as chinchard ceviche, smoked herring and a fromage blanc dessert.
And Wednesday in Figaroscope, Hadrien Gonzales awarded 4/5 hearts to the previously mentioned Faust under the Pont Alexandre-II and Emmanuel Rubin’s Hache Menu reviewed the previously mentioned Korean Ibaji in the 3rd.  He then reviewed 5 new places, awarding 3 hearts to the previously mentioned Vaisseau Vert in the 9th as well as 2 hearts each to the previously mentioned 52 Faubourg St-Denis and Nina and Bistrot Family, 18, rue Guisarde in the 6th, 01.43.29.52.18, closed Sundays which serves items such as salmon tartare, fish & chips and caramelized cheesecake for 25-40 E a la carte (lunch formula 15 E) and Carton Rouge, 6, rue de Maubeuge in the 9th, 01.45.26.89.41, closed Saturday lunch and Sundays, serving smoked eggplant caviar, swordfish and lemon cream for 30-45 E (lunch menu 20 E, dinner 25 E.)  
Figaroscope’s Dossier by Alice Bosio, Colette Monsat, and Hugo de Saint Phalle concerned new 2nd restaurants of established places, including:

La Cave a Michel
L’Acolyte
Vivant Café
Rossi le Deli
Le Comptoir Urbain
Brut
Pizzeria dei Cioppi.
Wednesday, also, Heidi Ellison in Paris Update reviewed Les Chouettes, 32, rue de Picardie in the 3rd, 01.44.54.20.60, open 7/7, wjere for about 45 E one can have a lagoustine ravioli, quail with foie gras and a Mont Blanc.
