It doesn't hurt that the soon-to-be mother of his child is beautiful, whip-smart, and keeps him on his toes. The problem is, Sabrina's heart is locked up tight, and the fiery brunette is too stubborn to accept his help. If he wants a life with the woman of his dreams, he'll have to convince her that some goals can only be made with an assist.

I liked it but wasn't my favorite in the series. The Goal has a more mature theme and is overall more serious than the other ones.
Compared to the other heroes in the series, Tucker is the beta you've been waiting for. He's supportive, loyal and gifted with a huge amount of patience. I loved Tucker so much, but I had hard time trying to like the heroine, I couldn't relate to her. I did enjoy how Elle Kennedy decided to approach what happens to Sabrina.
I also had some issues with the pacing. The first part of The Goal runs parallel to Dean and Ally's story up to 60% of the book, but the last half was too slow. I really wanted to like it more but I wasn't very excited about their story when it ended. Can't wait for Fitzy and Summer, though!!
