My experience:

I had got this powder way back in February but didn’t use it much then as at that time my skin isn’t so oily. I’ve been using this almost daily since almost 2 months now and I LOVE it <3

This is better than any other mattifying powder I’ve used, including the Maybelline dream matte powder, which I’ve loved a lot

:D

I’ve even recommended this to so many people, I fear people might start thinking I’m getting paid to promote this powder but seriously I love this one

:D

The pressed powder comes in a kindof flimsy packaging. It’s just a round pan with a transparent screw on lid. The lid doesn’t fit on it tightly. It doesn’t even have a mirror or an applicator, not that I mind that as I always use a brush but such applicators come in handy for quick touchups. This packaging isn’t really travel friendly but you can carry it inside a cushioned pouch. I do that and it has never caused me any trouble. To me the packaging looks classy, but yes it’s not very practical. But let me tell you, the packaging can be the only factor where it MIGHT disappoint you! or maybe that it isn’t so easily available yet!

The powder comes in 7 shades according to the UK site but I’ve seen more shade names on slassy and other blogs so I’m not sure how many shades there are in all. I have the shade 005 Silky Beige.

I bought this powder online after looking up swatches online. I was quite apprehensive if I’ve chosen the perfect shade or not. But thankfully I can say I got an almost perfect shade, it’s a bit lighter than my skin tone but it works fine after blending.

The powder is very finely milled and the texture of the powder is very soft. On application, the powder gives sheer to medium coverage. Some of the powder does break loose on application. The powder is very easy to blend and I love how it feels so velvety soft on skin

:)

I use it with a kabuki/powder/stippling brush. It gives me good results with all three brushes. It doesn’t give a powdery look and yet my face looks matte!

:)
not the cakey kindof matte, but very natural matte! I hope you’re getting what I mean! I love the finish it gives to my face
:)
I’ve used this by itself as well as over BB cream/foundation and both ways it works great.

I also feel this powder has some extremely tiny micro-shimmer particles which are visible in the pan directly under the light. They are not at all visible on swatching or on the face but they help in giving a more natural look instead of an artificial matte look. They brighten up my face very well.

This powder keeps me oil free for 4-5 hours easily. After that I need more powder on my T-zone which gets oily. And it’s great how this powder keeps me fresh for a good amount of time. It would be too drying for dry skinned girls but then it’s a mattifying powder!

Another amazing thing – the price! You get 14 grams of powder for 195 bucks! Do I need to say anything more about the worth of this powder?

I will definitely repurchase this forever!

:D

Overall, this is the best mattifying powder I’ve ever used! I highly recommend it to all oily-skinned beauties and to everyone for summers

:)
