RT Stippling Brush

If you read my blog regularly you will know that I received this brush as part of a swap I did with Cosmetic Charm a few weeks back. The Real Techniques brush was a product I asked Emma to specifically pick up for me so I knew there was one coming in the swap.
The Real Techniques brushes have been out for a while now but since these are not readily available in Australia this is the first brush I have tried from the collection. The Stippling Brush is not marketed for any type of product in particular. I have been using it as a foundation and blush brush and been very happy with the results.

I would normally use the Sigma F82 Round Kabuki brush to apply my foundation. I love how the brush is densely packed with bristles. When I first opened the box I was unsure about using this as a foundation brush, I thought being used to the F82 I would find this brush too flimsy to really buff in the foundation. I was wrong. I have thoroughly enjoyed the results. It does a fantastic job at really buffing and blending the product into the skin.
I have also washed a dried this brush several times now and I am very impressed at how the brush cleans so easily and dries quickly. The Taklon bristles dry much faster than any of my other Sigma or Ecotools brushes. The only negative I can see to this brush is the handle. I prefer to store my brushes in a jar all together on my dresser, the wide base of the handle means its difficult to store in this way. The wide base does allow you to stand the brush upright which might be a positive for you.
I am now very interested in trying more brushes from the range. I feel confident now in purchasing a set online and knowing I will enjoy the product. I think first on the list will be the Buffing Brush.
Have you tried any brushes from the range? What were your thoughts? For my Australian readers if you have purchased these brushes online and have any recommendations for stockists please let me know below!
