UGLee Pens Review
Remember those days in high school or in college when you'd be writing with a pen and then all of a sudden experience a hand cramp? Ouch!As someone who has always enjoyed writing, I can tell you that those hand cramps hurt. If you don't have the right kind of pen or pen grip, writing can become a chore rather than an enjoyment!
The Ultimate Grip Pen by Dr. James Lee (see where the name comes from yet?) aims to relieve the pain people feel when writing. The pen has a specially designed ergonomic grip that follows the natural contours of the hand while also helping the hand to comfortably grip the pen.
This ergonomic pen is great for writers, those with carpal tunnel, those with arthritis kids just learning to write, high school or college students, or anyone else who experiences pain while writing!
Here is Dr. Lee discussing how he came up with the idea for this pen:
I was given a few of these pens to review. As soon as I opened them, my husband took one to use and my five year old son took one as well. My husband, who is a school administrator in a local elementary school, appreciated the comfortable grip and was glad that he would have a comfortable writing utensil to use instead of the pens he had on his desk. Since he writes notes and fills out paperwork all day long, this pen was perfect for him!
My son is just getting the hang of writing, but he usually does his best with those wide beginner pencils (you know, the My First Ticonderoga Pencils?). When he tried out the UGLee pen, he was excited that it was squishy (he's a boy, alright!), and I noticed how much easier it was for him to write his letters.
I enjoy using the pen for my blog posts notes (I still like brainstorming and freewriting in a notebook before I sit in front of the computer) and for when I'm making my shopping lists.
