Skin Balancing Face Oil, Moisturising Cream and Balancing Mist

Review: Jurlique Rose Skincare Collection

As we are now well into Winter this collection could not be more timely. My skin has been taking a beating the last few weeks. The early starts and long walks in the cold air and the central heating at work combine to make my skin feel very tight and sore by the end of the day.
The Jurlique Skin Balancing Face Oil* has been my savior these last few weeks. This is the most lovely lightweight but nourishing facial oil that I have ever used. For many years I have  been a fan of Akin Rosehip Oil as a facial oil but this Skin Balancing Oil blows it out of the water! The only downside to this product is the packaging, other face oils usually come with a pipette to dispense just the right amount of product the Jurlique doesn't so it can be somewhat difficult to get the right amount of product out of the bottle.
The scent of this collection is divine. If you don't like roses stay well clear (kinda goes without saying really). The Face Oil is perhaps the lightest of the rose scents and the Moisturising Cream* the heaviest from the three products I have tried. I am normally quite sensitive to fragrance in my skincare but this hasn't bothered me at all. The products have not broken me out either which is always a plus.
I have been using the Balancing Mist* as a little pick me up during my morning skincare routine. I cleanse my face as normal, spritz on some of the Balancing Mist then leave it to dry then follow up with the Moisturising Cream to seal in the moisture. The spray nozzle disperses a light mist across the face which makes it so simple to use. In the evening I follow the same routine but substitute the oil for the mist before applying the moisturiser.
