I’ve known a few investigators that have brought their teenage children into their teams as members, and I’ve always been on the fence about it. If one takes investigation from a scientific perspective, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. If a young man or woman is able to control emotional response under those circumstances, then it’s not an issue. But since we know that TAPS and the vast majority of investigative groups give lip service to science and adhere to traditional concepts from religious and spiritualist lore, it’s a questionable choice.
