Baby Stroller Derby, York, PA 8/23/14
Support a great cause while strolling with your baby!
On August 23rd, 2014, the second annual 2k Baby Stroller Derby will be underway! Held at the Santander Stadium in York, Pa, this event will be collecting gently used baby strollers and other items to donate to families in need and helping to raise funds for York County Libraries Children Programs.
The Baby Stroller Derby is a family event that includes 4 laps around the stadium, a celebration that includes face painting, ice cream, and prizes after the laps, plus a fun Diaper Dash for the whole family to enjoy!
Registration begins at 9am, and the Baby Stroller Derby begins at 10 am.
Fees:
- $15.00 per person (online registration)
- $20.00 per person (day of event)
- $5.00 to enter diaper dash contest
- 14 and under FREE!
Guess what! If you sign up for this event by the end of March, you can register for only $10.00!! Register now to get the discounted price!
While it's encouraged that you donate a gently used stroller for a family in need, you can also donate other useful baby items as well.
