September is OVER! And what a month it’s been. REESEATOMIC.COM.AU turned four, I turned 30, Joe and I went overseas, I had TWO nephews born within 24 hours of each other and here we are at the monthly favourites.
Dr. Bronner’s Patchouli Lime Magic Lotion for Hands & Body, $15.95 (237mL)
Now that the weather is warming up, I start reaching for citrus scented products. I LOVED this lotion this month because it’s so light on the skin. I’ve used Dr. Bronner’s products before and they’re all very impressive. You can smell more patchouli than lime, but I don’t mind that.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Cool & Creamy Wash, $21.00 US* (100mL)
I bought this while I was in Bali and I’ve been hoping that this particular product would reach Australian stores, but so far it’s not. I don’t get many breakouts, but I do get one or two hormonal spots before that time of the month. I find this helps the severity of those breakouts and isn’t too harsh on my skin because of it’s creamy consistency.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Brow Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector, $51.00 US** (7mL)
This was another product I bought in Bali and clearly paid WAYYY too much for it. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, so naturally I wanted to try it out for myself. Can I just say, everything they say about this product – is TRUE! I’m in love with it! Filling in my brows is effortless, easy and because it’s waterproof I don’t have to worry about it fading during the day or melting off in the heat. Highly recommend it!
Kosmea Rose Hand Cream, $19.95 (50mL)
I took this on the plane with me earlier this month and I can’t even tell you how glad I was that I took this in my carry-on. I used so much hand sanitiser and naturally my hands dry out even faster being in the cabin of a plane for 6+ hours. It’s not sticky or greasy and has a great price point too.

Lush Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner, $32.50 (225g)
I’ve heard so much hype about this product and I really wanted to try it out for myself to see what the fuss was all about. You apply this IN the shower, after you’ve used shower gel or soap. It applies like a lotion but once it’s absorbed into the skin, it creates an oily barrier so the water can’t dry out your skin. Um… GENIUS! Once you’ve hopped out of the shower, you just towel yourself off and you’re right to go. I thought I’d use this while we were in Bali (less time preparing for the day and more time enjoying our holiday. Definitely worth the price tag, as you don’t need a lot.
