Red & Gold

I am typically not one for a blazer this bright, but this one ( gift from my sis ) in red has something so timeless. The cut,  the structure and the color makes me go gaga. Every time I open my coat closet, my eyes get fixed on this piece. No wonder it reappeared on the blog within weeks, last time being here.  This time I paired it with a skirt, that was tailor-made to my taste,  back in India. Imagine every new clothing item being custom-made! Won't that be just out of the world? No pulling, no snugging, just comfort and a lot of sartorial confidence.  Anyways, I had the holiday glitz and glamour on my mind when I put together this look. The rich brocade skirt, the ornate neckline, the damask pumps and the festive red blazer, surely reminds of holidays and gets me into singing....Fa la la la la, fa la la la !
