If you want me to tell you who you are I can. Or you could just ask yourself. We spend far to much time seeking the message of who we are and far to little time simply hearing the message. How often can we expect to hear “you are the awareness that witnesses all THIS” before we actually recognize it?
The fact is that you are already all you’ll ever be. And that’s enough. It’s infinitey enough. Just stop, see what’s witnessing your thoughts. Don’t worry about the thoughts. Just notice the awareness of them. It’s that basic.
You are Awareness. No BS about spirituality or practices. Just recognize, be aware of Awareness. This is all that is required.
