Recent Empties

By Behindtheseclosedeyes @theseclosedeyes
I seem to be doing quite well with using up products lately so here I am with yet another empties post! As a serious product hoarder (more so with bodycare products) it is been a great feeling to actually use some of them to their last drop and I don't know about you but I'm definitely one of those people who feels like it is some sort of achievement when it happens. A few of these products have been repurchases which made it a bit easier to use them up as I already loved them but I thought why not include them anyway as it gives you a better idea of my thoughts on each.
Recent empties
Clean & Clear Blackhead Clearing Cleanser: I think this has been my second or third bottle of the liquid cleanser which has already been featured a couple of times but I guess that shows how much I love it. I tend to use this cleanser as a final 'once over' on a cotton pad after using my Cleanse and Polish or Peaches and Clean to make sure that all my makeup has been removed and also to help the blackheads on my nose and chin which are a constant annoyance grr! I do think that this cleanser has helped reduce the appearance of blackheads which I'm very happy with, and I'm sure I'll be repurchasing when I use up some more of the cleansers I seem to be hoarding.
T-Zone Spot Zapping Stick: Again, I think this has been my third little bottle of this spot zapper and for good reason too as I couldn't be without it when my skin starts breaking out. The tea tree formula is great for reducing large spots when they make their first appearance under the skin and a savior for visible spots as it dries them out so quickly. I tend to keep the bottle on my desk and re-apply numerous times during the day to make sure that spots are completely taken care of in no time at all. I will be repurchasing this as soon I'm back in Bodycare again.
Soap & Glory Scrub Your Nose In It: This is another must have in my skincare routine when my face gets spotty as it also works to dry out breakout areas and is great for clearing out your pores as well, meaning less blackheads hurrah. I either use a little drop of this on concentrated areas on leave on for about 10 minutes or as a full face mask which is left on for the same amount of time, which is then simply washed off with water and a muslin cloth. I already have a backup of this scrub but I will definitely keep repurchasing in the future.
Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel: This has been a product I had been using very sparingly as it is a special one at Christmas and I only had this larger bottle and a miniature to keep me going until next Christmas, but in the end I just decided to get it used up and move on to one of the many other shower gels hiding in the bathroom. The very sweet candy floss scent of this shower gel is just pure girlyness in a bottle and with a pink gel full of sparkle, what more could you possibly ask for. I found that it foamed up really easily and was a joy to use and I'll be making it my mission to stock up this Christmas, along with plenty of Magic Wand Bubble Bars of course!
