Ray J Exited The Bar And Went Insane In A Drunken Rampage . He Was Arrested And Kicked Out The Window Of A Cop Car ( He Was Apparently Feeling Claustrophobic ) And He Also Spit On A Police Officer .
Ray’s Other Charges Include 4 Counts Of Resisting Arrest , 3 Accounts Of Assault And 2 Counts Of Vandalism Which Are All Misdemeanors .
