Raw Organic Veggie Rolls

Here is a little trick on how to eat more vegetables. Take the best organic greens, veggies and nuts, blend them in a food processor and wrap with nori seaweed sheets. That's all. All of the sudden those boring plain leaves turn into an exotic Asian meal. It's really that simple and absolutely tasty.

Raw Organic Veggie Rolls

Ingredients

  • ¼ small head Green cabbage
  • 2 tbs. Sunflower seeds
  • 2oz. Butternut squash
  • 2 oz. Broccoli
  • 1 small bunch organic Kale
  • 1 Zucchini
  • ½ tsp. Lemon juice
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 Sun-dried tomato
  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Organic zucchini
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. squeezed Organic ginger
  • Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop kale, zucchini and cabbage in small pieces or simply shred the greens in a food processor until small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Place sunflower, sun dried tomato, butternut squash, lemon juice in a blender and blend until they are crushed in small pieces.
  3. Combine all blended ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Place a nori seaweed sheet on a surface, put the filling on top of it and gently roll the sheet until it covers the filling.
  5. Sauce preparation:
  6. Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend until smooth creamy texture. Set aside.
