1. Strength training is as important for women as for men , women will not get “bulky” because we have large amounts of estrogen. Strength training fights the fat .

2. Read your labels ! “Non-fat” or ” low calorie” products may still contain a large amount of Carbs and Sugar. Read the ingredients carefully!

3. Excessive cardio is not necessary . 30 minutes a day , 5 days a week is all you need to live a healthy lifestyle .

4. Excessive Ab exercises will not give you abs. Abs are made in the kitchen, by eating clean .
