Milltets are healthy and snacks with millets are healthier. This is finger millet flour is readily available. I have used Sakthi brand Ragi flour. The pakoda should be neither tight nor too grainy. You can refer the video. The pakora is almost devoid of oil unlike the regular besan based pakoras.
Ingredients: 1 cup of ragi flour 1 cup of finely chopped onions Water 50 ml 2  green chilly chopped salt as per taste refined corn oil for deep frying
Method: In a bowl place onion and green chilly (finely chopped) Add some water and add ragi flour and salt. Keep adding water and flour to make a tight mass. (refer video) Heat oil and deep fry to make crispy tasty pakora.
