Que Origin's Shower Baths by The Quarry
No I'm not going to show you people showering at the Quarry - it's not legal in Singapore- however instead I'm going to conduct a detailed write up on Que Origin's Shower Baths - Lemongrass, Lavender and Rose Geranium scent.

Let's start with some basic introduction of Que Origin. Que Origin is a Singapore based company which believes in having the best of both worlds - Organic, nourishing shower gel which serves as a form of aroma therapy for it's users.
The natural oils infused in the Shower Bath derives from Australia and transported to Korea for manufacturing. Besides that, harmful chemicals which makes making the formulation easier (but is not so good for the users), were excluded from the production.
The list includes: Sulphates, Synthetic Fragrance, Harmful Preservatives, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium Edta, Ethanolamine Compunds, Mineral Oils, Formaldehyde Releasing Agent, Sillicones and Triclosan.
Besides that, the main reason for me referring to it as shower bath instead of shower gel or shower cream would be the fact that it acts as both a shower gel an element for bubble bath - 2-in-1.
With such precised engineering placed into one bottle of Shower Bath you would expect the price of the product to cost a bomb right? Well, you're wrong. Ranging from a mere SGD$7.90 for a 250ml bottle to SGD$14.80 for a 730ml bottle. I would say that it's low-cost, considering it's properties.
Before we go into more details of Que Origin promotions, let's move on to it's review. We will start with to how each individual scent helps with your soul. I'll be presenting the 250ml Shower Bath instead of the 730ml one in the pictures.
First scent up for review would be the lemongrass scent. The lemongrass scent helps declutter one's mind and aids in helping one focus. It also aids in calming and revitalizing the user.
I love the lemongrass scent mainly because it have a citrus smell in it and I love anything citrus flavoured.
The thing about these naturally infused botanical oils is, they produced a distinct scent for their merchandise. That means, expect a strong blast of this scent while using the shower bath. For those whom are not a fan of strong scent, don't worry for the scent will be gone once the shower gel is rinsed off your body - Awww, I know.
Basically, there are 5 main ingredients which each serves it's own purposes in the Shower Bath:
1. Argan Oil
Some call it 'Liquid Gold' while others just refer it as it's name. Personally I've review Argan oil before and I understand how moisturising and beneficial it can help your skin - promotes skin elasticity, naturally hydrating, etc.
However if overused, it can be difficult to absorbed and just too oily for the skin. Thus moderation is needed. One thing which I totally love about using Argan oil is it hella can make these short straight asian lashes of mine grow. Tried & Tested.
2. Aloe Vera
I love Aloe Vera. It's one of the most natural and multi functioning product you should own. It's moisturizing, hydrating, soothing, calming and it'll help improves the skin's elasticity. On top of that, it's the solution to heal cuts and stop itching.
3. Raspberry
4.Grapefruit
Who ever though that grapefruit would be an essential botanical extract? Que Origin did. Grapefruit have various properties such as:
- Help stimulate the production of skin collage
- Great exfoliating properties
- Helps even out and brighten complexion
5.Lemongrass / Lavender/ Rose Geranium Oil

Basically, the ingredients for the different scent are the same just that the one in bold will be changed to make the different essence.
By it's name, you can tell that this scent would tend to appeal to the ladies more. Aid users to be more energetic, calm and free of stress. Additionally, it also promotes the feeling of sensuality and receptivity.
Out of this three scent, this was the least appealing to me. I guess it's too feminine and thick for my senses.
As elaborated above, these are the 5 main ingredients also added in the Rose Geranium bottle.
Saving the best for the last, my very own IreviewUread customized bottle! One aspect which I like about the bottle structure would be it's opening. Designed to not have an overly large mouth, it's great for the control of products usage. Plus if it just so happen that my butter fingers drop the bottles while it's open, it wouldn't cost me to lose the whole bottle of shower bath.

The Cons
- No lingering smell after awhile - Turns into a con when you really like the smell and it doesn't stay
- It doesn't really foam up. Thus don't expect big bubble and a mountain of bubbles to mess with.
The Tips
Try mixing the Shower Bath with water in your palms first before usage. That way, you'll extend the lifespan of the Shower Bath.
The Verdict
I love it's scent, how it's made from natural products and how it's aroma lifts one's moods. However, I do wish that the wonderful aroma will last longer on my skin.
