Pulp IPA – Machine Ales

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Machine Ales part of the cooperative brewery Callister Brewing comes their "Pulp IPA" a deliberately cloudy East Coast IPA. The beer pours a cloudy orange colour with a white head. The aroma consists of very juicy tropical fruits, sweetness and floral hops. The flavour is of tropical fruits including pineapple, citrus rind, earth and bitterness. The alcohol content comes in at 7.2%. I happen to really enjoy these more cloudy East coast versions of IPA's especially with great tropical fruit notes. Make sure to check this beer out!
