Pretty in Pink! Wedding Inspiration Board

Wedding inspiration – Pretty in Pink

Choose a focus for your wedding decorations – don’t spend a fortune on every detail, but choose something fabulous that will be a real talking point: in Suzy and Bruno’s case, the table centrepieces are statuesque and colourful with roses, feathers and foliage perched on glass pillars.

Keep your details elegant and simple: a wedding table plan focusing on word art is a great idea. Suzy and Bruno chose simple pink flowers for the four edges of their plan and an ornate black frame which I love.

An elegant white wedding cake with minimal detailing will create as much of a talking point as a richly decorated designer cake. Suzy and Bruno’s cake has bright pink ribbons and a fantastic jewel embellishment. The little cluster of roses on top of the cake adds charm to the cake table.

Wishing stones are a cute idea! I love discovering new ideas like this and your wedding guests will too. Your guests simply take one of the stones, make a wish for you and pop it in the decorative basket. Portable good luck for the bride and groom!

I had to include Suzy’s hair accessory in this inspiration board: it’s elaborate and looks fabulous. Don’t be scared to choose a really eye-catching accessory like this – they always look amazing!

Suzy’s bridesmaids wore hot pink, which matched Bruno’s tie and the decorations for the wedding breakfast. The wedding favours had hot pink labels and ribbon – simple but effective!
